Task description:	Remove existing corrugated metal roof sheeting and ridge capping to Townhouse 2 (two-storey) and install new metal sheeting and capping. Roof height approx. 6.5 m above ground level; roof pitch 22°.

Access:	Scaffold with stair tower erected on eastern elevation. Sight current scaffold handover certificate before use.

Consultation: This SWMS has been developed in consultation with the workers carrying out the task (Aisha Rahman, Liam O’Brien) and the Health and Safety Representative (Deng Akol). It must be reviewed with the principal contractor’s site supervisor (Mei Lin Chao) before work commences, and reviewed again if the activity, site conditions or controls change.

Emergency procedures: In an emergency, dial 000. First aid kit and site emergency plan are located in the site shed. Assembly point: front driveway.
